Based on work principles and technical characteristics of various batteries, including Lithium-ion batteries, thermo-electrical batteries, elemental Lithium materials, etc., battery manufacturing processes require very dry conditions. Low-Humidity dehumidification equipment is indispensable in the manufacturing process of these batteries and materials. This ultra-dry dehumidification capability directly affects the batteries' capabilities and safety. DRYAIR  ZCB-Series Combined Desiccant Dehumidifiers feature DRYAIR's Integrated Custom Air Handler (ICA) incorporating many advanced features, including innovative double-wall construction that incorporates a superior no-through metal design in either 2.5 or 4 inch wall thickness. Surface options of Galvalume, textured aluminum, stainless steel or any combination permit an effective choice for all operational environments.

Unlike other custom air handlers, the ICA maintains its no-through metal design on all surfaces, even the system base. This and other features make the ICA especially suitable for food  & pharmaceutical manufacturing applications that operate under strict FDA and cGMP sanitation requirements.

The ICA units can be customized to meet almost any requirement. Standard options of the ICA include chilled water piping, refrigeration packages, filtration, full temperature and humidity controls, face and bypass heating and humidity control, among others.

DRYAIR  ZC-Series Desiccant Dehumidifiers are designed to efficiently reduce moisture levels in treated air. Process airflows are available from 300 to 30000 CFM. The unit casing is manufactured of high intensity and anti-cold bridge aluminum alloy frames and polyurethane sandwich insulation panels to ensure zero air leakage.

DRYAIR  ZC-Series includes all components and controls to operate as a stand-alone dehumidifier. Often a ZC-Series Dehumidifier is combined with other HVAC components like cooling and heating coils, filters, fans, etc. Pre-designed modules are available as part of our ZC-plus product, allowing DRYAIR to provide you with a turnkey solution to your humidity and temperature controlling requirements.

DRYAIR ZC-Plus add-on module provides additional process air filtration, cooling, heating and mixing functions that many end-users require. The add-on modules integrate readily as "bolt-on" housings in line with the other process air components. The arrangement is skid-mounted, providing a single-source, factory-assembled package.

The electrical control system meets ISO 9001 standards. The units are PLC controlled. All controls are mounted in a NEMA 4 control enclosed environment.

It requires only utility hook-ups, chiller/boiler piping, duct work connections and sensor-controller tie-ins on site. If a more complete system offering is required, with condensing unit, piping, integrated controls or other features, DRYAIR can provide complete technical support during the design process for assistance in the equipment selection.

ZCS-Series Glove Box Dehumidifiers

Designed for Glove Boxes with Ultra Low Dew Point Requirements...

DRYAIR ZCS-Series dehumidifiers are designed for Dry Boxes and Glove Boxes with ultra-low dew point (-60C -80C) internal requirements. One of the key components of this desiccant dryer is a Molecular-Sieve Rotor, which is ideal when applications call for a very low dew point environment. This high quality rotor performs well when process air is dry and/or hot; or when the environment is alkaline.

The rotor is divided into three sections comprising the 1st Process Sector, the 2nd Process Sector and the Reactivation Sector, which make the low dew point process airflow possible. The unit utilizes the most advanced dehumidification technology, and is well suited for Lithium battery Glove Boxes that require an ultra-low dew point internal environment, or other conditions with strict humidity requirements.
